I’m a therapist who’s spent years working with people navigating addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. I’ve worked with individuals from all kinds of backgrounds, and each person has deepened my belief in the power of resilience and connection.
My training includes specialized work through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and the IFS Institute. I draw from a range of approache, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, psychodrama, motivational interviewing, and EFT. However, the heart of my work is a simple goal: to help people feel safe enough to meet themselves with compassion and curiosity.
Whether I’m working with someone one-on-one or in a group setting, my focus is on helping them uncover their inner strengths, make sense of their story, and move toward lasting healing. I believe that healing is about reclaiming a sense of self and building a life that feels worth living.
