My experience in mental health has taught me that each client brings a unique gift of knowledge, and I learn the most through our collaborative work. I offer a strengths-based approach to therapy, focusing on the inherent resilience and potential within each person. My goal is to empower you to tap into your own strengths and build the tools you need to navigate lifeโs challenges with confidence.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, with training in trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, and reproductive health. I have additional expertise in supporting women and couples through infertility, reproductive decisions, and perinatal mental health.
I believe in creating a space where you take the lead in your mental health journey. Together, we will collaborate to identify your goals, using a treatment model that integrates education, resources, and strategies to empower you in your growth. Whether you are navigating trauma, reproductive health challenges, or relationship dynamics, I am here to support you every step of the way.
