I have always been fascinated by the human mind and heart. My desire to support others in having their experiences normalized, validated, and supported—and to provide a space for shame and darkness to transform into strength—has driven me to pursue this field. When I am not in session, I enjoy spending time outdoors and pursuing activities that nourish my creativity.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic and relational principles, recognizing the interconnectedness of our internal and external worlds and their impact on our relationships and well-being. As a trauma-informed therapist, I incorporate somatic interventions and DBT skills to support emotional regulation and resilience.
