I see and hold onto the innate health and wisdom within you and humbly seek to nurture and cultivate it together with you.
I view the therapy room as a lab—a dynamic space where you can engage in corrective experiences that facilitate healing. This can include exploring and understanding your thoughts and feelings to identify and release patterns such as anxiety, perfectionism, compulsions, anger, resentment, codependency, self- sabotage, guilt, stagnation, or general lack of direction. While these patterns have once served a purpose, they can now hinder your progress toward achieving your goals and well-being. By building a therapeutic alliance grounded in compassion and trust, we create a secure environment that fosters within you a stronger sense of self. With a stronger sense of self, you are no longer confined to specific thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will be able to establish new pathways in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
You will have greater autonomy over your life, your relationships, and most importantly, your relationship with yourself.
