I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York, and I have worked with children, teens, and adults ranging in age from 5 to 75. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Touro Graduate School of Social Work, and my clinical training includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), CBT, and multiple other modalities. I have worked with a range of experiences, from lighter to heavier traumas, and I am motivated to explore paths of healing that work for each individual. My style in the therapy room is calm, gentle, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership rather than something being done to you. Together, we take time to understand what’s going on, explore patterns, and figure out tools that actually fit who you. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Outside of my work as a therapist, I love running and anything related to music. As a Florida native, anything in the sun and in the water is where you could find me!
