I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and have completed postgraduate training in Couples and Family Therapy at The Family Institute of Neve Yerushalayim. I bring extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and personality disorders. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic tools and techniques, I aim to help clients gain clarity and a deeper understanding of themselves and their challenges.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from multiple modalities such as person-centered therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where we can build a strong therapeutic relationship, enabling you to navigate life’s difficulties effectively. With curiosity, warmth, and empathy, I strive to foster comfort and trust while balancing this with appropriate challenges to promote personal growth.
It would be an honor to join you on your journey toward becoming the person you aspire to be. I look forward to working with you and supporting you every step of the way.
