I have earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. I have completed my postgraduate training in Couples and Family Therapy at The Family Institute of Neve Yerushalayim. I have experience treating a wide range of mental health issues such as complex trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and personality disorders. There are a variety of therapeutic tools and techniques which I use which will help you gain more clarity into understanding yourself and your struggles. My therapy style is based on a broad range of treatment modalities, such as person-centered therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, family systems, and CBT.
My goal during our time together is to create a safe space for us to build a therapeutic relationship and help you navigate through the difficulties you are currently experiencing. My curiosity, warmth, and empathetic personality will allow you to feel comfortable during our sessions balanced with my ability to challenge you when I feel it is appropriate. I hope our time together will be a source in helping you grow into the person you strive to be.
I look forward to meeting you and joining you through your process.
