Hi! My name is Jacqueline Mizrachi and I’m an LMSW with a certification in gerontology and palliative care. While much of my work has focused on older adults, caregivers, and families facing Alzheimer’s and dementia, I work with clients across a wide spectrum of ages. Whether you’re in your 20s or your 80s, navigating life transitions, grief, chronic illness, or caregiving, I’m here to support you.
I take an integrative approach to therapy—drawing from CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, narrative therapy, somatic practices, and parts work. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, but aim to incorporate various modalities to meet your individual needs and goals.
My hope is for clients to feel safe, seen, and supported. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a place to process and reflect, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
