I am an extern currently pursuing my doctorate in clinical psychology with a health emphasis at Touro University. I am passionate about the connection between the mind and body, and my studies, research, practice, and personal experiences have shown me how powerful that connection can be. Our bodies and minds are constantly signaling when something feels off, yet it is not always clear how to respond. I work with people who are navigating the ways mental health can affect physical health and how health challenges can impact emotional well-being. My goal is to help people feel supported and heard, and remind them that they are not alone when health and mental health overlap. My primary interest is women’s health, including the mental health impact of puberty, menstrual cycle fluctuations, hormonal birth control, menopause, pregnancy, and postpartum. I also have experience working with women, children of all ages, and families. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering, where each person’s experiences are respected and valued.
