As a therapist, I aim to provide a warm and safe space where my clients feel accepted, respected, and heard. In therapy we will work together to explore and understand various parts of oneself and one’s life, while creating clear and attainable goals. My hope is that, through this journey together, each client will be able to see tangible progress and improvement.
I focus on a client-centered approach. I see the client as the expert on their own life, and work with them to help find new ideas, perspectives, tools, and healing that fit best for them. I like to use a range of modalities and methods, such as psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches, depending on the client and their needs.
I have worked extensively with girls and young women struggling with a variety of challenges, including interpersonal/familial relationships, marriage, self-esteem, anxiety, and emotion regulation. Additionally, I am passionate about working with and supporting women struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss.
I received my MSW from Wurzweiler School of Social Work and am licensed in NY State.
