I received my master’s in social work from Wurzweiler University with a certificate in trauma informed practice. I have over a decade of twelve step recovery experience working with both process and substance addictions.

The presenting issues I have most experience with are trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and my go-to therapeutic interventions are CBT, DBT, IFS, Somatic Experiencing and Rogerian techniques.

As a wounded healer, my experience with childhood trauma and addiction gives me a unique perspective and deep connection with my clients. I look forward to working with you as we begin your journey towards recovery and healing.
