I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and supportive space where people can show up as they are bringing the good, the difficult, the uncertain, and everything in between. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. My approach is person-centered and integrative, recognizing that each individual’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. I draw from different therapeutic approaches based on each client’s needs and goals. I value flexibility in the therapeutic process and aim to meet clients where they are, creating a space that feels supportive and individualized. My professional experience includes working in medical and healthcare settings and supporting individuals and families through periods of transition, stress, illness, and life changes. I have experience working with adjustment-related concerns, family dynamics, caregiving challenges, and navigating complex systems of care. I have also worked extensively with older adults and understand the emotional and practical challenges that can arise across different stages of life. My style is warm and collaborative. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and building greater self-understanding.
