Yes. Anthem HealthPlus covers outpatient mental health therapy at Crown Counseling, and Medicaid members pay no copay for therapy. Anthem HealthPlus is the Medicaid managed care plan that was called Empire BlueCross BlueShield HealthPlus until January 2024, when Empire became Anthem in New York. Your coverage did not change with the name. We see Anthem HealthPlus members in person in Crown Heights and by video anywhere in New York State.
